I typically don’t take chances on bands or song titles that are long and awkward. Sometimes it can imply the song is nuanced and original, at other times it reveals a song that is obtuse and pretentious. This is the former. Not half bad.

On the referral of a good friend of mine, Aaron Ries, I checked this band out. It was… rewarding. They sound close to the kind of band I want to start, a cross between Interpol and The Beach Boys. The band is Real Estate. The song is Green River.
